Recruiter Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 1/8/25 Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website. By registering and posting jobs on Hair & Beauty Jobs (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

2. Eligibility

You must be a registered business or recruiter operating within the UK or recruiting for roles located in the UK Beauty industry. We reserve the right to refuse access to any individual or organisation at our sole discretion.

3. Job Postings

• All job posts must be genuine, current vacancies in the Beauty industry.
• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of each job advertisement.
• Duplicate or misleading listings are not permitted.
• Job ads must not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, race, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic under UK law.

4. Recruiter Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information.
• Respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner.
• Use applicant data solely for recruitment purposes and in compliance with UK GDPR.
• Not to harvest or misuse candidate data for third-party or unrelated uses.

5. Payment and Fees

• Job posting fees are as displayed on the Site and are subject to VAT.
• Payment must be made in full prior to the job post going live (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
• Hair & Beauty Jobs reserves the right to suspend or remove listings for non-payment.

6. Content Standards

Job posts must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content. Hair & Beauty Jobs reserves the right to edit or remove any job post that breaches these standards or our policies.

7. Data Protection

You agree to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Any applicant data received through the Site must be handled securely and only used for the purpose of hiring for the posted role.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
