The Role:
To undertake administrative tasks and co-ordinate glo s pamper party bookings and corporate events from your own home office:
- Enquiries: To respond to Spa to You, Pamper Party and other private event enquiries to upsell/convert to a booking.
- Bookings: To co-ordinate and organise bookings using the glo booking system. Booking to include liaising with client on payment, advising on treatment choices, arranging appointment schedules, health consultations, communicating with the client before, during and after the booking and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Therapists: To select and allocate suitable therapist/s to bookings and recruit therapists when necessary, to communicate with therapists throughout all bookings.
- Recruit new therapists / trainers as required for Glo s pamper party and spa offering
- Nurture existing clients and upsell /expand Glo s service offering where possible
- Familiarize yourself with Glo s competition and consider service innovation for Glo
- Prepare event proposals for different event themes and organize events
- Stay up to date and well informed on key trends for spa therapies and the beauty/wellness industry in general terms
- Support Business Manager with business development in the pamper party and mobile spa sector.
Essential Experience:
- Solid administrative experience
- Solid understanding of beauty, complementary health, wellbeing, and emerging beauty and wellness trends/services
- Sales experience
- Understanding of how Glo s services are experienced on a mobile basis.
