The Role

You will train groups of between 8-14 students in nail technician techniques;

• Course content includes manicure, pedicure, gel, extensions, gel polish, basic nail art, acrylic extensions, sculpting and e-file.
• Working to specific lesson plans you will deliver practical `hands on' nail technician training and ensure students gain a full understanding of the anatomy of hands, feet and nails.
• You will possess the ability to adapt your training techniques to accommodate differing learning styles.
• You will assist students by imparting industry knowledge and experience in regards to practical techniques, as well as recommended products and providers.
• Commission-based upselling is available, giving Trainers the opportunity to increase earnings substantially.

Part-time opportunities of 1 - 2 weeks per month available, for those wishing to work more locally. What you’ll do

• Perform advanced injectables: full-face anti-wrinkle, lips, non-surgical rhinoplasty, tear-trough, PDO threads, skin boosters and combination treatments.
• Provide laser treatments to Level 4 standards; operate within treatment protocols and safety policies.
• (Bonus) Being experienced with CO2 laser laser where indicated.
• Consult, plan, consent, treat, and follow up with excellent documentation.
• Confidently create short, educational video clips (IG/TikTok) demonstrating best practice and outcomes (we’ll support with ideas/edits).
• Work 1–2 days per week to start; potential to grow sessions based on demand.

Must-haves

• Injectables experience with consistent results (before/after portfolio).
• Appropriate advanced aesthetic qualification CPD or OFQUAL. regulated or GMC/NMC/GDC registered
• Insured
• Level 4 qualification for laser & light, and strong understanding of laser safety (LPA, SOPs, incident reporting).
• Excellent aseptic technique, complications training, and patient-safety mindset

Nice-to-haves

• CO2 laser experience (if not, training will be provided)
• Comfort being on camera for short social media videos.
• Product knowledge across major toxin/filler brands and laser platforms
