Senior Hair Colourist / Stylist (Full-time or Part-time)

Role responsibilities:

• All colour services: root touch-up, full colour, highlights/balayage, toning/glossing (corrections if confident).
• Hair styling: blow-dry, waves, etc.
• Hair cutting: trims, shape refresh, fringe, long layers.
• Hair treatments: scalp & hair wellness rituals, masks, restorative treatments (training provided).
• Client consultations: assess hair history/condition, agree goal + maintenance plan.
• Accurate colour mixing + formula records (timing/technique notes).
• Luxury-standard application + polished finishing.
• Hair integrity first (correct developer choice, bond protection when needed).
• Recommend home care + in-salon treatments.
• Hygiene/health & safety; clean workstation.
• Communicate timing with reception; punctual and client-focused.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hair colouring (salon experience).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate smoothly.
• High customer service standards (premium client communication).
• Confident, calm, and able to work under pressure / in a fast-paced environment.
