Role responsibilities:
- All colour services: root touch-up, full colour, highlights/balayage, toning/glossing (corrections if confident).
- Hair styling: blow-dry, waves, etc.
- Hair cutting: trims, shape refresh, fringe, long layers.
- Hair treatments: scalp & hair wellness rituals, masks, restorative treatments (training provided).
- Client consultations: assess hair history/condition, agree goal + maintenance plan.
- Accurate colour mixing + formula records (timing/technique notes).
- Luxury-standard application + polished finishing.
- Hair integrity first (correct developer choice, bond protection when needed).
- Recommend home care + in-salon treatments.
- Hygiene/health & safety; clean workstation.
- Communicate timing with reception; punctual and client-focused.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hair colouring (salon experience).
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate smoothly.
- High customer service standards (premium client communication).
- Confident, calm, and able to work under pressure / in a fast-paced environment.
