Massage Therapist

We are excited to invite a Massage Therapist to become part of our welcoming team, with opportunities available for both part-time and full-time positions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in the English language.
• Possesses at least an NVQ Level 2 in massage therapy or an equivalent qualification.
• Has a minimum of two years of in salon or spa experience.
• Excellent communication abilities and customer service skills.
• Skilled in a range of massage techniques, such as aromatherapy, deep tissue, and Swedish.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in reflexology, sports massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, and deep tissue techniques.
• Reflexology expertise is valued.
• At ease delivering services to clients of any gender.
• Exhibits professionalism, confidence, and dependability.
• Applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to high-quality treatments and exceptional client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients and responding to their needs.
• Engage in clear communication with clients to grasp their preferences and offer personalized suggestions.
• Utilize time management skills to guarantee that all appointments proceed seamlessly and punctually.
• Keep a tidy and well-organized workspace, in compliance with spa standards.
• Accountable for precisely recording client progress and treatment plans, while also keeping up-to-date with the newest massage techniques and industry developments to improve our service offerings.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Must have a mature and adaptable personality.
