Beauty Spa Therapist

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Massage/beauty Therapist to join our wellness team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality treatments to clients, promoting relaxation and overall well-being and beauty treatments. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure an exceptional experience for each client.

Duties

• Deliver customised treatments based on client needs and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Consult with clients to understand their specific concerns and tailor treatments accordingly
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
• Promote additional wellness such as nail services or skincare when appropriate
• Ensure client comfort throughout the treatments and address any special requirements or sensitivities
• Uphold professional standards of conduct, confidentiality, and customer service at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist or relevant qualification recognised within the industry
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and procedures to clients
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
• Good organisational skills to manage appointments efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the treatment area
• Valid certification or licence to practise as a Massage and beauty Therapist in accordance with local regulations
