  • Hair styling: blow-dry, waves, etc.
  • Hair cutting: trims, shape refresh, fringe, long layers.

  • Client consultations: assess hair history/condition, agree goal + maintenance plan.
  • Accurate colour mixing + formula records (timing/technique notes).

Role responsibilities:
  • Deliver premium hair extensions services: Keratin Bonds, ICE Technique, and Tape-in.
  • Provide the full client journey: consultation, shade/texture match, method selection, placement plan, application, blending/cutting for seamless finish, and aftercare.
  • Perform safe removal, maintenance and refit.
  • Maintain high precision: clean sectioning, balanced distribution, secure comfortable attachments, natural root area, and polished finishing.
  • Keep accurate records: grams/strands/packs used, formulas/placement notes, maintenance schedule, aftercare plan, and next booking timing.
  • Recommend the right home care + in-salon treatments to protect natural hair and extend wear time.
  • Communicate timing and service flow with reception; punctual, organised, and client-focused.
  • Follow hygiene/health & safety standards; keep workstation clean, tools sanitised, and setup consistent.
  • Collaborate with the team: support colleagues, share standards, and maintain professional communication.
Requirements:
